Data we process

The submitted information may include your name, email address, company if you choose to provide it, project starting point, enquiry content and any other information you decide to include.

The email received also records the date, time and form language. The hosting provider may generate technical security logs, such as IP address and user agent, according to its own configuration and retention policy; Ai4G does not add that data to the message sent by the form.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to general enquiries and requests: the consent expressed when you voluntarily submit the enquiry.
• Preparing a requested proposal, meeting or professional relationship: taking pre-contractual steps or performing the relevant relationship.
• Preventing spam, fraud and misuse, and protecting the form and website: Ai4G’s legitimate interest in keeping its services secure.

Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell personal data or use it to send unsolicited marketing communications. Providers supplying hosting, email or technical support services to Ai4G may access the data under the company’s instructions, as may public authorities where required by law.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the processing must rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards recognised by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

We retain data for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. It may then be kept in restricted form for the applicable statutory periods to address potential liabilities. Technical security data is retained only for as long as needed to prevent or investigate misuse.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, by emailing ai4g@ai4g.tech. Please provide enough information to identify your request; we may ask for additional information where necessary to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through aepd.es if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

Required data and third-party information

Fields marked as required are necessary to respond. Please avoid including special-category data or information about other people unless essential. If you provide another person’s data, you must be entitled to do so and inform them about this processing.

Security and updates

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk to protect information. This policy may be updated if the website, processing activities or legislation change; the review date identifies the current version.
